Measuring Your Horse For Browband Fitting

Measure from points E to F with a flexible measuring tape as per the image beside for the length of the browband you require. Ensure the measuring tape is loose enough to get two fingers between your horse’s head and the tape. Make sure you measure far enough back so that the browband will not pull the crown forward and pinch the base of the ears.

Measuring An Existing Browband For Size

Lay your browband flat on an even surface and measure from the outer edge of each bridle loop on each end of the browband.
If you can not get your browband flat (ie. mirrored Browbands) then measure along the front of the browband making sure the measuring tape sits flush against the browband.
